Eden I&R provides the community with much-needed access to social and healthcare resources. The agency’s services are the result of collaborations that depend on the work of hundreds of community-based organizations. With no other centralized source for health, housing, and human services information existing anywhere else in Alameda County, Eden I&R has become a critical resource for thousands of at-risk individuals, such as youth, non-English speakers, the economically disadvantaged, people living with HIV/AIDS, domestic violence survivors, the elderly, disabled, the unhoused, and human service agencies seeking services or housing for their clients. Our 211 Alameda County phone lines are available 24 hours a day, in over 300 languages, and are free to every caller. Your support makes this possible.

$25 will assist the many individuals
and families in Alameda County who need affordable housing by
allowing our staff to conduct outreach to three landlords and property managers about listing their units in our Housing Database.

$50 will enable 30 211 callers to receive much-needed information and referrals.

$100 will support Eden I&R in serving thousands of individuals and families by updating ten records in our Services Database, allowing us to provide current information on local health and human services.

$250 will provide 25 Disaster Supply Kits to vulnerable populations who often have the hardest time accessing services after an emergency.

$500 will enable Eden I&R to raise awareness of 2-1-1 to underserved residents and their advocates countywide through purchasing and distributing 5,000 magnets.
